Can I try Cliezen for free?

Of course! We offer you a non-conditional 30-day free trial with all the features. We understand that you want to test out the solution before subscribing (and we don't make you commit to a long-term contract either if you choose to continue using Cliezen). The only thing we ask is for a 15 minute video call where we show you how to get up and running in under five minutes and then have time for any questions you might have. This is so you aren't wasting your time signing up for a trial account that you don't use and we know that you hit the ground running - ready to start receiving feedback from your valuable clients straight away.


What's included in the free trial?

All the features are included in the free trial.


What's the difference between the different pricing plans? There is no difference apart from the number of users that can use the system. We've tried to keep things really simple and not confuse you - so all the features are included in the the plans, it's just a matter of how many internal users you want to have access to the system.


Is there a setup fee or any additional costs? Nope - we don't feel that this would be a good customer experience for you so we simply don't go there.


How can I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go but won't make a big deal out of it. Simply send us a line to sales@cliezen.com and tell us Cliezen isn't working for you. We would really appreciate it if you could shortly tell us why Cliezen isn't fulfilling your needs so we can improve our service.


Can I pay yearly and get a discount? You can and we'll give you a nice discount - get in touch with us at sales@cliezen.com if you want to go this route.
