A step by step guide to enroll a single new contact. Enrolling is activating the contact so they start receiving the Feedback Forms. A new added Contact does not automatically start receiving Feedback Forms. New Contacts are Inactive and need to be Enrolled to be Activated.

Step 1: Navigate to Contacts in the side bar

Step 2: Click the Status filter button

Step 3: Select the Inactive contacts

Step 4: Select the Contact you want to Enroll (activate)

Step 5: Click the Enroll button

Step 6: Select when you would like to start the enrollment process (or accept the default which is within 15 minutes)

Step 7: Select date if default is not applicable

Step 8: Select time

Step 9: Select frequency/interval of the feedback forms

Step 10: Choose frequency

Step 11: Choose the owner of the business contact and if the Intro email should be sent

In some cases you do not want to send an intro email - you may want to send this yourself or bring it up in a meeting with the contact. If selected, the intro email is sent first and the first Feedback form email is sent 24 hours later.

Step 12: Click Enroll button

Step 13: Click Communication to see the queued messages

Step 14: Click here

Step 15: Here you see that the Onboarding email is queued and the first Feedback Form email is sent 24 hours later
